Dress Code

  1. All dancers must attend classes dressed in appropriate clothing,i.e. leotard, tights, and dance shoes.
  2. No gum chewing or jewelry allowed.

Tuition

  1. There is a yearly registration fee of $20.00 per dancer.
  2. A $15.00 late fee will be charged for tuition not paid by the 15th of each month.
  3. There is also a $25.00 service charge for any returned checks.
  4. Tuition is due for every month of the session. If you cannot attend classes every month you will still be expected to pay for missed months. Make-up classes are available for missed classes.
  5. Any account not paid in full by June 13th will result in that dancer not being able to participate in the recital.
  6. Please be aware some photos may be used for publications and advertisements of your child’s class throughout the year, however no names of students are posted by the picture.
  7. Tuition is based on a ten month session from Sept-June. For your convenience it will be broken down in monthly payments due at the first class of each month and is charged as follows:

Make-up Classes

Make up classes are available for classes missed due to the following reasons:

  1. Student Illness
  2. Snow Cancellation - The studio will follow Woodbridge Township school closings.
    Saturdays will be cancelled if there is more than one inch of snow.
    Please call the studio if you are unsure.
  3. Holidays
The studio will be closed on the following holidays:
  • Halloween
  • Thanksgiving Weekend, (Thursday-Sunday)
  • Winter Recess (Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day)
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Saturday
  • Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

Money and Credit

  1. All money due to the studio must be paid in full by June 13th
  2. Credit will only be given for classes cancelled due to a teacher’s absence.
  3. Cash, Check or Credit Cards accepted. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Recital

  1. The recital takes place in June and is optional. All dancers are invited to participate. For those not involved in the recital, classes will finish as the end of May.
  2. Costumes are ordered in December. A $50.00 deposit is due November 1st and all remaining balances must be paid in full by February 1st. You may request a refund on your costume order up until the order is placed. No costume will be ordered without a deposit. Late orders placed after December 1st will incur a shipping fee of $10.00 per costume, to make sure costume is in on time for recital.
  3. Tickets are needed for everyone who attends the recital except the dancer. On rehearsal night, only one parent will be admitted with each dancer, all others will need a ticket. Please consult with an office administrator for estimated cost before deciding to participate.
  4. No Video or flash photography permitted at recital.
